Dance competition “Salsa International 2020”
On 21st of March, the dance competition “Salsa International 2020” will take place in Klaipėda. VMU will be represented by a Solo Latino dance group.
Salsa International is an international dance competition, which has gained great recognition not only in Lithuania but also in foreign countries.
Opening concert of AVANTI festival
On 21st of March, 18:00, the opening concert of the AVANTI festival will take place at VMU Great Hall (Gimnazijos str. 7, Kaunas).
Dance competition “Shock 2020”
On 14th of March, the international dance competition “Shock 2020” will be held in Kėdainiai Arena.
VMU will be represented by the Solo Latino group.
Festive March 11th event
On 11th of March, 14:00, the festive event of March 11th – VMU ŽŪA mixed choir “Daina” concert will take place at VMU ŽŪA banquet hall (Studentų str. 11, Akademija, Kaunas district).

On 25th of February, 12:30, at VMU Faculty of Social Sciences (Jonavos str. 66, Kaunas) VMU folklore ensemble “Linago” invites the university community to celebrate Pencake Day together.
“Šviesa” concert in Vilnius Book Fair
On 21st of February, 18:00, Vytautas Magnus University song and dance ensemble “Šviesa” will take part in Vilnius Book Fair concert (Hall of Lithuanian Cultural Centers).
Commemoration of Lithuanian State Restoration Day in Tauragnai
A festive commemoration of the Day of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania will be held at Tauragnai Culture House on 15th of February, 14:00. VMU Education academy mixed choir “AVE VITA” will perform at the concert.
Concert “From February 16th to March 11th”
The concert “From February 16th to March 11th” of VMU folk dance ensemble “Žilvitis” will be held at Vytautas Magnus University Great Hall (S. Daukanto str. 28, Kaunas), 14:00. The concert is dedicated to commemorate the restoration of the Lithuanian Independence.
Entrance is free.
VMU ballroom dances for couples
Vytautas Magnus University Entertainment Dance Studio is gathering a new ballroom dances group for couples. On 6st of February, 17:30, the first meeting of this group will take place at VMU “Baltija” dormitory (Vytauto pr. 71-101, Kaunas).

Advent evening
On 5th of December, 18:30, advent evening concert will take place at the Vilnius Archangel Rapolas Church (Šnipiškių str. 1, Vilnius).
VMU Education Academy choir “AVE VITA” will perform at the concert.
