VMU Folk Dance Ensemble “Žilvitis” Participated in a Youth Folk Dance Festival
On Saturday, the VMU folk dance ensemble “Žilvitis” took part in the 27th Republican Children and Youth Folk Dance Festival “Šok, trypk, linksmas būk.” The festival is patronized by the Minister of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, Raminta Popovienė.
We are delighted and honored to have been entrusted with opening this beautiful event that has nurtured long-standing traditions. It was a pleasure to share the stage with young dancers – their energy and vivid emotions filled the entire hall and gave the festival a truly special atmosphere.
