VMU AA collectives shine at the Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian folk dance festival “Baltija dejo”
On March 23rd, another Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian folk dance festival, “Baltija dejo”, took place in Jelgava, Latvia.
The festival was graced by performances from the Latvian LBTU folk dance group “Kalve”, the Estonian EMÜ folk dance ensemble “Tarbatu”, and the Lithuanian VMU AA folk dance group “Sėja”, accompanied by the VMU AA folk music band “Ūkininkas”!
Next year, the festival will visit Kaunas, where dancers from all over the Baltic States will come together to celebrate dance and traditions.
