Registration opens for artistic activities

We invite Vytautas Magnus University students to register and join the VMU Art Centre’s art activities in the autumn semester 2021/2022.

All VMU students are eligible to attend the activities of the art groups, regardless of where and what they are studying (e.g. if you are studying Public Communication, you can attend the VMU ŽŪA folk music band “Ūkininkas”).

Classes are free of charge for VMU students and university alumni are also welcome to join the artistic activities. You can register for several classes, so you are welcome to join the groups offered by the VMU Arts Centre and actively participate in the Arts Centre activities.

If you have registered for a specific VMU Arts Centre group, you can start attending it from 13 September.

IMPORTANT: please be informed, that in order to participate in the activities of the Arts Centre, you must have a National Certificate; The EU Digital COVID Certificate; or any other medical document proving that you are fully vaccinated or a document from a medical establishment confirming the recovery of COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection) confirmed by a positive result of a SARS-CoV-2 PCR test.

Registration for art activities

REGISTRATION: Students who wish to act, dance, sing or play must join one (or several) of the VMU Arts Centre groups based in Kaunas, Akademija (Kaunas district) or Vilnius. This can be done by registering for the ongoing activities, university graduates who wish to participate in the artistic activities should contact the leaders of the groups. Students logged in to the student self-service portal should select the Registration / Arts Centre Teams tab in the menu bar. In the bar that appears, select the desired collective and click on the Enrol button.

If you have registered for the VMU Arts Centre’s ensemble classes, they can be found at the top of the Registration / Arts Centre Ensembles section of the student portal. You can also opt out of the activities of selected groups in the portal.
