Ensemble “Šviesa” Evening Gathering – With Music, Dance, and a Spirit of Community
On the evening of October 7, the Assembly Hall of the VMU Education Academy was filled with songs, swirling dancers, and laughter – a cozy evening gathering of the ensemble “Šviesa” and the VMU community took place there.
During the evening, members of the ensemble performed on stage, celebrating a special occasion this time – Teachers’ Day. The members of the group are people who not only share knowledge but also nurture a sense of community, creativity, and light in their daily lives. They shared not only songs and dances, but also memories of how the ensemble “Šviesa” helped them grow – teaching dedication, collective creativity, and the joy of being together.
After the concert, everyone came together for a warm evening celebration, where the audience quickly became participants – we sang, danced, and simply enjoyed being together. It was a night full of music, sincerity, and gratitude to all those who share light and knowledge through their everyday work.
