Registration Opens for VMU Arts Centre Activities in the Spring Semester

All Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) students are invited to register and join the artistic activities organized by the VMU Arts Centre for the spring semester of the academic year of 2024/2025.

All VMU students, regardless of their field of study or faculty/academy location, can participate in the activities of arts groups (e.g., law students can join the folk-dance group “Sėja” at the VMU Agriculture Academy). All activities and classes are free of charge for VMU students. You can register for multiple activities, so we invite you to actively join the groups and activities offered by VMU Arts Centre and make meaningful, active, and culturally enriching use of your free time outside of lectures.

REGISTRATION. Students who wish to act, dance, sing, or play can join one (or several) of the VMU Arts Centre groups based in Kaunas, Akademija (Kaunas district) or Vilnius.

You can do this by registering for the ongoing activities by following four steps:

  • Log in to the student self-service portal and select the Registration tab from the menu bar.
  • In the bar that appears, click the button Sports / Arts activities.
  • In the next step Registration for activities select Arts.
  • Select the desired arts activity, tick it, click the Continue button, click on the I agree to the rules and the REGISTER.

*The same principle applies to the registration via menucentras.vdu.lt/registration/

The student will see the arts activities he/she has registered for in the student portal, under My activities. You can also withdraw from the selected activities in the student portal.

Once you have registered for a group at the Arts Centre, you can start attending activities as soon as possible, at the times indicated in the group’s timetable.

You can register for and deregister from specific arts activities throughout the entire 2024/2025 academic year’s spring semester.
